Money tree

An imaginary tree, which in-theory produces/bears fruit in the form of regular cash-flows. The term money tree is conceptual and is used to illustrate a diversified investment portfolio that could produce regular and predictable income. Examples of income-producing investments include, but aren’t limited to, dividend stocks, bonds, rental property (residential, industrial, and commercial), annuities, business income, etc.
